Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will give you total authority over your mail accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can create a brand new email box account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Also, you can forward emails from one email account to another, activate mail filters, create auto-response messages and guard your email accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages according to specific criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and edit the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Just specify the e-mail box you would like to redirect e-mail messages from, then choose the target e-mail box and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
