Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will grant you absolute command over your e-mailbox accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can forward emails from one email account to another, configure email filters, create autoresponder messages and guard your mailbox accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome electronic mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given e-mail box.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for sorting your incoming emails according to certain rules set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your email box accounts and define the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Simply specify the mailbox you would like to forward electronic mail messages from, then choose the target email mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email boxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
